Hurricane damage to New Milford, CT roof

Hurricane Sandy made her mark when she swept through Connecticut in 2012. Many residents experienced power outages for up to a week, downed trees and flooding. High winds caused a tree to fall on the roof of this New Milford home, putting it at risk of water damage and freezing temperatures. 

The SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County team responded to the emergency call. We cleared the roof of debris and secured a heavy duty tarp on it to make sure no rain could get in. We then cleaned the interior of water damage from rain and debris.
