Our new Administrative Assistant, Bianca Reyes

Wow! Our business has been very busy this summer with the crews  working extra long days and staff answering many calls on the weekends! In light of that, we are so thankful to have added a new administrative assistant to our office staff.

Bianca Reyes is new to the area and comes to us from the Mohegan Sun resort, where she worked as a facility coordinator.  We are all amazed at how Bianca has hit the ground running in her role here at SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County. She answers customer phone calls and  responds to their questions like a pro.  While learning the jargon of a new field might be intimidating to some, Bianca has jumped right in and is becoming well versed in the language of the water, fire and mold restoration industry.

Bianca has recently made Brookfield her home. She loves spending time outdoors, going for hikes, running, painting and cooking. Please join us in welcoming Bianca to our team!
